Yepp, it is back (please ignore the dust spots on the image, it was taken quick and dirty just to keep you informed). Some of you might remember the problems i had with my ASI294 MC pro about a year ago. ZWO repaired the camera (they changed the whole sensor) and it worked about one year. Now exactly the same problem is back. I tried to contact ZWO, both via their forum (multiple times) and via mail (multiple times over weeks). The only respone i got in their forum was to sent them a mail, but they never replied to the mails i wrote them. Last time i was very happy about ZWOs support, they were fast and helped me out, but this time it is totally inacceptable.

[Update 2020-12-09]: ZWO contacted me at last. The ASI294 is on its way being repaired once again. The first results with the QHY 268C are looking promising, so i don't know what i will do with the ASI if ZWO can repair it again.
